ALCOSAN is soliciting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualification (collectively, “Submittals”) from Professional Engineering firms interested in providing Professional Engineering Design services for the design of solar energy generation as an alternative power source for the Operations and Maintenance Building (O&M Building) at the Woods Run Wastewater Treatment Plant.
